We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer refunds on all full-priced purchases when returned back to our warehouse in Australia within 30 days of purchase, subject to some limited exclusions. Please note, sale items are final sale and are not illegible for returns.
To submit a return please email support@rhythmlivin.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Rhythm for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense. All returns must be sent at the customers expense to Rhythm HQ in Australia for processing.
In the event that a discount code has been applied on a full-priced purchase, and you're not happy with your Rhythm garments, we are pleased to offer a refund in accordance with our "Returns and Exchanges" terms. Please note, this applies to full-priced purchases only, items included in sale activations are final sale, and are not illegible for a refund, store credit or exchange.
