We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer refunds on full-priced items and store credits on discounted items when returned back to our warehouse in Australia for processing within 30 days of purchase.
Please note, all returns must be returned to our warehouse in Australia within 30 days of purchase.
To submit a return please email support@rhythmlivin.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Rhythm for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense. All returns must be sent at the customers expense to Rhythm HQ in Australia for processing.
In the event that a discount code has been applied on a full-priced purchase, and you're not happy with your Rhythm garments, we are pleased to offer a refund in accordance with our "Returns and Exchanges" terms. Please note that this applies to full-priced purchases only, not sale styles.
