We offer complimentary shipping on all orders over $200. The shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during checkout, together with the value of any discount that is applied to your order. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied on any surfboard purchase.

Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.

Once the postal courier has accepted the goods for delivery, we are no longer responsible for the shipment. Please make sure the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Rhythm is not liable for any issues such as incorrect address details, shipping delays, or missing, lost, or stolen packages once they have been handed over to the courier. We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer refunds on full-priced items when returned back to our warehouse in Australia for processing within 30 days of purchase.

Please note, all returns must be returned to our warehouse in Australia within 30 days of purchase.

Sale items are non-refundable, and they do not qualify for returns, store credit, exchanges, or refunds unless deemed faulty.

To submit a return please email support@rhythmlivin.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Rhythm for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense. All returns must be directed to Rhythm HQ in Australia for processing.

In the event that a discount code has been applied on a full-priced purchase, and you're not happy with your Rhythm garments, we are pleased to offer a refund in accordance with our "Returns and Exchanges" terms. Please note that this applies to full-priced purchases only, not sale styles.

Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Rhythm cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with Rhythm, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees.
