Shipping policy

Rhythm ships to almost any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped outside of Australia. 
We offer free express shipping on orders over over €200. Please note there are some regions we are unable to offer free shipping. Shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during checkout.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.

All orders are dispatched within 24 hours on business days. A delivery time of 4-10 business days is expected for International orders.
Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched however please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register in the carriers system.
All international orders are sent through DHL Express.
During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.

Rhythm now covers VAT charges on all European Orders. Please be aware of any other fees that your local customs office may charge before placing your order. Delivery of orders outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. As customs policies vary widely and are controlled by local governments, Rhythm cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that apply once an order reaches it's destination country.

Before shopping online with Rhythm, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees.

If you choose not to pay duties on import and your parcel is returned to us, you will not be issued with a refund for the returned order.

Please contact your local customs or DHL office for more information regarding taxes and duties payable in your region.

Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to now offer refunds or store credits on all orders. Please note that only full price purchases are eligible for a refund.
To submit a return please email with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days.

All returns must be sent at the customers expense to Rhythm HQ in Australia for processing. 

Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached (unless faulty). All returned items will be reviewed and can be rejected at Rhythm’s discretion and returned to the customer. If you wish to return swimwear, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Swimwear items that are missing the protective hygiene strip or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Rhythm for credit or refund is at the customers own expense.
Any item deemed faulty can be returned for a full refund and Rhythm will cover the cost of return shipping. If you believe your item is faulty please email with your name, order number and images of the fault for review.

Rhythm offers refunds on all full price items when returned within 30 days of purchase date. Alternatively, we offer a store credit to the value of the returned full price item/s, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed and will then be available to use immediately through our online store.
Products purchased from our Rhythm Flagship stores must be returned to the store that the purchase was made.

Sale items can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed and will then be available to use immediately through our online store.

Gift Cards

Gift Cards and Online Store Credits may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. All Gift Vouchers and Online Store Credits purchased through our website can only be redeemed through our Online Store.
