Shipping
All orders are dispatched from our Rhythm Head Office located in Burleigh Heads on the Gold Coast, Australia.
All orders delivering within Australia are sent through Australia Post or StarTrack Express. All international orders are shipped via DHL Standard or Express.
Unfortunately, complimentary Shipping is currently unavailable for the following countries: Israel, Russia, Mauritius, Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, French Guiana, Peru, Uruguay and Mexico.
Shipping to a PO Box is possible in Australia Only. Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.
Rhythm is happy to offer complimentary shipping on all AU orders over $100.00 AUD, on US orders over $100.00 USD and on EU orders over €200.00 excluding umbrellas and surfboards. If your order total is under our free shipping threshold, your delivery costs will be calculated at time of checkout.
Rhythm are happy to announce that we will now be covering the cost of all VAT charges on orders delivering to the EU and UK. Please be aware of any other fees that your local customs office may charge before placing your order. Delivery of orders outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. As customs policies vary widely and are controlled by local governments, Rhythm cannot be held responsible for any additional charges that apply once an order reaches its destination country.
Before shopping online with Rhythm, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees.
All orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please allow 8-14 business days for orders shipping via DHL Standard and 4-7 business days via DHL Express Post.
*Please note that during sales or new collection launches there may be a slight delay in processing and shipping out due to a high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during these times.
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email including all necessary shipping information that will allow you to track your shipment right up to delivery.
If you have not received this information on your shipping confirmation email, please let us know at support@rhythmlivin.com and we will be happy to help.
If your tracking states to be delivered with no physical delivery of the parcel, we kindly ask that you firstly reach out to the courier. If problems persist please send an email to support@rhythmlivin.com and we will do our best to assist where we can.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your Rhythm garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to offer refunds on full-priced items when returned back to our warehouse in Australia for processing within 30 days of purchase.
Please note, all returns must be returned to our warehouse in Australia within 30 days of purchase.
Items on sale are non-refundable, and they do not qualify for returns, store credit, exchanges, or refunds unless deemed faulty.
This includes products purchased using promotional discount codes.
If you have any questions regarding a return or want to check whether your order qualifies for a refund/credit please email support@rhythmlivin.com.
To submit a return please email support@rhythmlivin.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days.
Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Rhythm for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense. All returns must be directed to Rhythm HQ in Australia for processing.
In the event that you're not happy with your full-priced Rhythm garments, we are pleased to offer a refund in accordance with our "Returns and Exchanges" terms. Please note that this applies to full-priced purchases only. This excludes all items included in any sale promotions.

At this time all returns must be sent back to our head office located in Australia. To submit a return please send an email to support@rhythmlivin.com including your order number, name, items you are returning, reason for your return and whether you wish to receive a refund or credit for the item/s. We will get back to you within two business days to provide you with all necessary return information.
The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Rhythm for a credit or refund are at the customers own expense. Please note that returns must be sent to our warehouse located here in Australia.
Although our orders go out quickly, it can take up to 14 days for returns to arrive at our warehouse depending on the service you use. Rhythm takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries of a return. We encourage you to return your item(s) via registered or traceable postal services as return parcels remain the responsibility of the customer until received by Rhythm.
Once your return is received, please allow two business days for our team to process it. We will be in touch with you via email to provide all further updates of its status.
Products included in sale activations are final sale and are not illegible for return unless deemed faulty.
If you are unsure whether your item can be returned, please send an email through to our friendly Customer Support at support@rhythmlivin.com.
If you believe you have received an incorrect or faulty item we apologise and kindly ask that you please send an email through to our friendly Customer Support at support@rhythmlivin.com detailing your order name and number along with your concern and an image of the fault or incorrect product received.
Currently, all orders must be returned to the place of purchase. Online orders cannot be returned to any of our stores or local stockists and must be returned to our warehouse for processing.
Unfortunately, if your purchase was not made through Rhythm directly, we will not be able to assist with your return and your item/s will need to be returned back to the point of purchase. All of our stockists have a very fair returns policy and we doubt you should have any difficulty returning your item/s providing you can meet their returns policy.
Ordering & Payments
Discount codes cannot be applied on already marked down items or during sale periods. Please note, the 15% off sign up code applies to full priced Rhythm items only. Terms and Conditions apply.

If you have entered incorrect shipping details, please let us know immediately and provide the correct details to support@rhythmlivin.com and if order has not yet been dispatched we will do our best to fix this for you. However, once your order is sent all shipping factors are out of our control and rather in the hands of the carrier, so we kindly ask that you please rather reach out to them regarding the issue.
As much as we would love to help, unfortunately once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to it. Please make sure you choose your items carefully and add the correct shipping details before checking out.
If you have any urgent changes please contact us immediately at support@rhythmlivin.com and we will try our best to fix this prior to the order being dispatched. Please note however, we pack, and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
If your discount code does not apply at checkout or you forget to apply it, unfortunately we are unable to rectify this once the order has been confirmed.
This includes adding the code once the order is placed or refunding for the amount of the discount. If you are having trouble with your discount code, please email support@rhythmlivin.com with the issue (before checkout) and our team will be happy to help.
On every product page you will find an appropriate Size Chart under the size selection. Please note that these are a general guide to Rhythm sizing and the measurements provided are to give you an approximate idea of what size you will be against your own measurements. Please also keep in mind that some styles may differ from our fit guide however we will note this in relevant products. If you’re still unsure and would like specific sizing information for a particular product, please feel welcome to contact our Customer Support at support@rhythmlivin.com and our team will be in touch with more information about any particular item.
We endeavour our Rhythm Classics styles to always be in stock, and if sizes sell out a restock is never far away. Promo Codes & Sale Offers
Discount codes are not valid during sale activations and cannot be applied on already reduced items or non-Rhythm product. This includes the 15% off sign up code and any redeemable codes earned through Rhythm & Friends.
During sale activations, Rhythm at their absolute discretion may make certain exclusions.
These exclusions currently include: Classics, New Arrivals, and Non-Rhythm Product
Promotional codes earned through Rhythm & Friends are not applicable to non-Rhythm, discounted and/or sale items.
Simply apply the illegible item/s to your cart, when proceeding to the checkout, the discount will automatically apply to the lowest priced item.

Privacy Policy
Rhythm Group Pty Ltd and Rhythm Retail Group Pty Ltd (“us” or “we”) are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information we collect when you visit or make a purchase from https://rhythmlivin.com, https://au.rhythmlivin.com or https://eu.rhythmlivin.com (“the Site”). This policy outlines our ongoing obligations to you in respect of how we manage your personal information.
We value your privacy and as such have adopted the Australian Privacy Principles (“APPs”) contained within the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (“the Act”). The APPs govern the way in which we collect, use, disclose, store, secure and dispose of your personal information.
Personal information is information that identifies an individual. Examples of personal information we may collect from you include the following:

We collect your personal information for the primary purpose of managing the delivery of our services and products, including fulfilling and delivering any orders placed through the Site and for internal business processes such as developing marketing plans, gathering analytics about how our customers interact with the Site and establishing promotional material which may be of interest to you. We may also use your personal information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure, such as to communicate with you, to assess the performance of the Site, or to screen our orders for potential risk or fraud.
We do not collect, retain or store any credit card, bank account or financial information whatsoever. Please note that such information is controlled and managed by our payment gateways (i.e. PayPal). We recommend that you consider and familiarise yourself with our third-party providers’ privacy policies, including the PayPal privacy policy. When purchasing from us, your financial details are processed through our payment gateways via a secure Shopify server using the latest 128-bit SSL encryption. When sharing sensitive financial data, this technology is an accepted worldwide standard.
Any third parties retained by us to perform functions on our behalf may be provided with access to personally identifiable information necessary to perform their functions, but may not use that information for any other purpose, unless you have otherwise agreed. For example, we use Shopify to operate and manage our online store, and use Google Analytics to help us interpret how you and other customers engage with the Site. As aforementioned, we encourage you to familiarise yourself with our third-party providers’ privacy policies and ensure you are comfortable with any particular privacy policies governing the use of those websites.
Any information, including your personal information, may be disclosed by us where we deem necessary, and in our sole discretion, where required or authorised by law. As noted herein, we may use your personal information to provide you with marketing communications and targeted advertising which may be of interest to you. However, we do not share, sell or exchange your personal information with any individual or company, outside of what is disclosed within this policy.
Sensitive information is defined in the Act to include information about such things as an individual's racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, sexual preference and health status. We do not collect sensitive information as that term is defined within the Act. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personal information. Accordingly, your personal information is stored in a manner that reasonably protects it from misuse, loss or disclosure. Please note that third party recipients of personal information have their own privacy policies and we are not responsible for their actions. Mobile Terms of Service

The Rhythm Retail EU mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by Rhythm Retail EU (“Rhythm Retail EU”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to Rhythm Retail EU’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Rhythm Retail EU through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

Community
As a brand, we are continuing our journey to more sustainable & ethical practices. Some steps we are currently taking to improve our product and supply chains include: expanding the use of Econyl® and REPREVE® in our Swimwear collections, moving towards using organic cotton or natural fibres for all of our t-shirts, and using recycled polyester for our Beach Shorts and Trunks. We are also improving the practices of our warehouse and office in reducing carbon emissions and the use of plastics.
All Rhythm manufacturers are audited by local authorities regularly to ensure ethical and human right compliance, such as: Chemical Compliance, Ethical Trade Policy and General Code of Conduct, Transparency Compliance, Animal Welfare Policy (no animal-derived materials in any of our products) and Modern Slavery compliance.
Rhythm is focused on improving all areas of our Ethical and Sustainability Standards, including making this information more readily available for our customers. We will continue to make further improvements and are actively looking to improve our business practices.
